Junior Worlds, Day 4, Women\’s Sprints

Filed under: ADT Event Center, Junior Worlds — Administrator @ 4:25 pm

This evening included the 1/8 and 1/4 finals of the women’s sprints. Measured speed from the 200m time trial proved to be a good indicator of success, as the 8 riders in the quarterfinal all had top-nine times in the time trial. This continued, as the faster 200m rider won in 3 of the 4 pairings. Veloresults has a nice bracket display of the results [No longer as of 12/19/2004. Link removed - Ed.]
